Founder
Chad McLeod has been in the field of education for over 20 years but was raised by educators and has been around schools and is familiar with the struggles and successes that come from the world of Teaching, Learning, and Administrating all his life.
He has been a Classroom Teacher, a Department Chair, an Athletics Coach, a School Site Administrator, a University Adjunct Professor, a School Board Member, an Instructional Leader, a Data Analyst, a Strategic Planner, and a Curriculum Writer. His experiences span K-12, University level, and time spent here in the United States, as well as Central America and Great Britain.
Chad and his wife, Crystal, have five children, a son-in-law, and a grandbaby. They are enjoying being grandparents while still raising three boys in the house. Chad and Crystal are very active in their church and community. Crystal is a business owner, as well as a wife and mother/grandmother, and is remarkable with what she can do and make happen. She is also a valuable advisor to McLeod Educational Services with her degree and background in early childhood and elementary education.
